Terms for using Agoogi.com
1. About these terms
These terms govern use of Agoogi.com, Agoogi accounts, online learning, enquiries, products and digital services. Specific quotations, invoices, course rules or written agreements may add to these terms. Where terms conflict, the more specific written agreement applies to that service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your login details and notify Agoogi of suspected misuse. Accounts are personal unless Agoogi agrees otherwise. Agoogi may suspend access reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or address non-payment.
3. Courses and digital content
Course access is licensed to the registered learner for personal learning. You may not copy, record, republish, sell, share login access or distribute course videos and materials without written permission. Course availability, lesson order and access periods may be updated where reasonably necessary.
4. Wellness information
Tai Chi, Qigong, Reiki, meditation and wellness material is educational and is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Consider your health, work within your ability and obtain qualified medical advice where appropriate. Stop an activity that causes pain, dizziness or distress.
5. Prices and payments
Agoogi’s base and settlement currency is the Eastern Caribbean dollar (XCD). Prices displayed in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD or another selected currency are estimates for convenience and may differ from the amount applied by a bank or card issuer. The cart, order record and payment request remain in XCD unless Agoogi expressly confirms otherwise in writing. An order is not confirmed as paid until Agoogi or its payment provider confirms payment. Do not send card numbers or card security codes through contact forms, email or WhatsApp. Refund, cancellation, delivery and revision terms may vary by product or commissioned service and should be confirmed before payment.
6. Creative and technology services
Scope, deliverables, revision rounds, deadlines, client responsibilities, intellectual-property transfer and support terms should be stated in the quotation or service agreement. Delays in receiving content, approvals or access may affect delivery dates.
6A. Agoogi TV and creator partnerships
Creator channels are curated spaces for approved partners. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, creators retain ownership of their original work and grant Agoogi only the permissions needed to display, promote and distribute approved material through the agreed channel. Creator submissions may be reviewed, declined, hidden or removed where necessary for rights, quality, safety, contractual or platform reasons. Product manufacturing, revenue sharing, royalties and fulfilment must be agreed separately before a creator product is treated as commercially approved.
6B. Tours and transport coordination
A tour request is not a confirmed reservation. Agoogi may act as a coordinator between the customer and independent guides, taxi operators, transport companies or other providers. Final availability, itinerary, price, cancellation terms, provider responsibility and any Agoogi coordination commission should be confirmed before payment or travel. Third-party providers remain responsible for the services they directly perform, subject to applicable law and any specific agreement.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use Agoogi services unlawfully.
8. Intellectual property
The website, Agoogi branding, original course content, artwork and service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law unless a written agreement states otherwise. Customer materials remain the customer’s responsibility, and the customer confirms they have permission to provide them.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice.
10. Availability and liability
Agoogi will use reasonable care but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Agoogi is not responsible for indirect loss or loss caused by events outside reasonable control.

Paid live-session access
Access to a paid live session is personal to the registered Agoogi account and must not be shared, copied or redistributed. Payment must be confirmed, or Agoogi must grant complimentary access, before the protected room becomes available. Access may open shortly before the scheduled start and close after the session.
Participants are responsible for a suitable internet connection, compatible device, and appropriate camera and microphone permissions. Agoogi may remove participants who disrupt the class, share access details, record without permission, or misuse the service. Provider outages and instructor cancellations will be handled through rescheduling, account credit or refund review as appropriate.
